Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a branch of medicine that uses a broad range of gentle, hands-on techniques to treat problems related to bones, muscles and joints. These techniques include soft tissue stretching, applying deep tactile pressure, and the mobilisation or manipulation of joints. Postural and gait assessments are also important as part of the diagnosis.

Osteopathy is generally a pain free treatment. Some patients can find it a little uncomfortable but the majority find it to be a gentle and relaxing experience
