Aspen achieves Gold at 2021 UK Customer Experience Awards

Aspen Healthcare maintained its strong record of award success with a Gold prize at the 2021 UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA) on Thursday 14 October.

Aspen achieved its Gold in the ‘Business Change and Transformation’ category where a number of nationally-renowned companies showed how they transformed their operations to support local communities in the aftermath of the pandemic.

Aspen was selected by judges as the company most deserving of the Gold prize after its eight hospitals and clinics committed their entire staff teams and full resources to the NHS to help battle the pandemic. In winning Gold, Aspen beat stiff competition from companies including telecoms giant Vodafone and insurance provider Vitality.

As part of the national response to the pandemic, Aspen has been proud to support the NHS and our local communities through the delivery of time-critical operations, urgent scans and outpatient appointments. Aspen’s hospitals remain on standby to support the NHS if required. You can read more about Aspen’s response to the pandemic here.

Aspen has developed a penchant for award success at the UKCXA in recent years. Prior to this latest Gold award, Aspen won Gold and Bronze prizes at the 2020 UKCXA event, a stunning four Gold awards in 2019, and a triple prize in 2018 including the coveted ‘Overall Winner’ title.
