Aspen Healthcare is delighted to announce that Helen McKibbin, Group HR Director has been awarded the HR Director of the Year award at the prestigious HR Distinction Awards 2018.
The HR Director of the Year award recognises an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business best-practice at the executive level to drive business strategy and performance.

The 2018 HR Distinction Awards celebrate the most innovative, engaging and creative HR strategies and company projects that have contributed to outstanding business. They also recognise inspirational individuals who are the rising stars of the HR industry.
The 8th annual HRD Awards hosted by comedian Josh Widdicombe, took place on 6 February 2018 in Hilton Birmingham Metropole when global HR leaders from across the UK and beyond gathered to recognise outstanding individuals and achievements of the HR industry.
Aspen Healthcare was a finalist in three award categories: Innovation through Technology, Employee Engagement and Experience (The Holly Private Hospital) and HR Director of the Year.
Helen McKibbin beat stiff competition from Network Rail, Charles Stanley, The Weetabix Food Company, Biffa, Veolia Environmental Services and Hindustan Petroleum to take home the HR Director of the Year award
Other winners on the night included Warburtons, IBM, easyjet, Weetabix, Greater Anglia, AIB. Coop, Thwaites, HomeServe, Allegis Group, Mitchells & Butler, Charles Stanley, Winpro, Roffey Park and Cafcass.
