Rob was appointed as CEO of Aspen Healthcare in 2019. With a successful track record spanning 24 years in the independent healthcare sector, Rob brings to Aspen the experience and knowledge necessary to lead the team in this increasingly complicated sector.
Rob has worked at senior level for a number of other large UK Independent Hospital providers, and is passionate about driving service quality and delivering the highest standards of patient care. Rob also spent a period as a Consultant working both within the UK and internationally in supporting a number of healthcare operators.
Rob is an active international hospital surveyor for the well regarded HQS (Ex Kings Fund) hospital accreditation programme, having worked on assignments in South Africa, Denmark, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Portugal as well as the UK. Rob also brings senior level experience in UK Provident / PLC (FTSE 250) as well as Private Equity environments.
Having steered Aspen’s contribution to supporting the NHS through the Covid-19 pandemic, Rob is focussed on ensuring that Aspen Healthcare continues to make a valuable and lasting contribution to the provision of elective care in the areas of the UK that it serves.
